UNIT DEVELOPMENTS DESIGNED
For multi-dwelling projects, we use a mathematical formula developed by Modarc to assess the maximum number of dwellings that will fit on the land and the size of the built forms.
We ensure no space is wasted within the building and take into account furniture positions, pedestrian flows and window locations. We prioritise the area we have to work with for usable rooms instead of space killers such as hallways.
SUB-DIVISION
Utilizing Modarc’s theory of modulation has allowed for our firm to branch into the subdivision of lots to achieve greater numbers of allotments than what is usually achieved.
